Full Property Management
10.5% of rents collected + vat with an additional set up fee of 25% of a months rent + vat
This is the service for you if you have a busy lifestyle and don’t want the stress of tenants contacting you about property issues. The service includes a 24 hour emergency line for your tenants, a dedicated team who can take care of everything, from finding the tenants to responding to maintenance problems and collecting your rent via direct debit.
6% of rents collected + vat with an additional set up fee of 25% + vat
This service takes the hassle away from chasing your rent. We’ll find your tenants, draw up contracts, register deposits and then collect the rent via direct debit on your behalf each month.
Find Tenant Service
£780 (£650 + VAT)
This is the service that gets you started. We’ll market your property, accompany viewings and select your tenant. The service also includes the provision of tenancy agreements and registration of deposits with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS).
Property Advertising Service
£210 (£175 + VAT)
This is the one for you if you are an experienced hands on landlord this service simply gets your property in front of the right audience of quality student and professional tenants, you'll get a listing on our website along with Rightmove and exposure from our excellently positioned office in Clifton. You'll be responsible for viewings, tenancy admin and getting your tenants moved in.
Tenancy renewals and Tenant Swaps
are set from £180 (£150 + VAT) - £420 (£350 + VAT) per property
We can help with the renewal negotiations, prepare all the paperwork for you including tenancy agreements any deposit changes and right to rent checks.
