We offer a fantastic range of privately owned accommodation options to suit all budgets, from self-contained studios to house-shares. We understand that from time to time circumstances can change, if you wish to exit a tenancy early you may incur admin charges, these are £150 inc vat per tenant. To request an early release from a tenancy please email us and we’ll do our best to help. Please note any early release is by negotiation and we cannot make any guarantees.

A holding deposit of £100 per person is required upon application for a tenancy, or one week's rent, whichever is the lesser amount. It's essential to note that this deposit is typically non-refundable should you pull out of the agreed tenancy and work has already begun on your application, it is held to cover administrative costs associated with processing the tenancy application. However, we want to assure you that if, for reasons beyond the tenant's control, a landlord or agent withdraws from the tenancy agreement, we will provide a full refund of the holding fee.

When will new properties be listed?

Our new student homes are released from mid to late November each year — and we keep adding more throughout the year. To stay in the loop, register on our website so you’re the first to hear when new properties go live.

Why are listings released in batches?

We list properties in smaller batches to keep things running smoothly and make sure we can respond to enquiries quickly. This means new homes will appear regularly, so it’s worth checking back often!

How do I book a viewing?

Once you find a property you like, you can book a viewing easily by calling us, emailing us, or popping into our office on campus.
Some landlords prefer to handle viewings themselves — if that’s the case, we’ll put you in touch with them directly.

How quickly should I act?

Popular properties can go fast! Viewing slots and bookings fill up quickly during busy times, so if you see something you like, call or visit us as soon as possible. Email responses might take a little longer when things get busy.

What if I don’t find something straight away?

Don’t panic! We keep adding new listings all year round, right up until summer. There’s always something new coming on the market, so keep checking back or register your details with us and we’ll help you find a great match.

What’s a guarantor?

A guarantor is usually a parent, guardian, or close relative who agrees to step in and cover your rent if, for any reason, you’re unable to pay. It’s a standard part of most student tenancies and gives landlords extra peace of mind.

Your guarantor will need to sign an agreement as part of your tenancy paperwork and usually must live in the UK. If you don’t have a UK-based guarantor, don’t worry — there are alternative options available, such as rent guarantee service.
