You’ll share a bathroom, but have exclusive use of the shower and sole use of the bathroom during mornings and evenings. There’s also secure outdoor space for bike storage.
The cottage is quiet, tidy and relaxed — ideal for someone looking for a calm home rather than a party house. Shared spaces include a modern kitchen, cosy living room, and conservatory/dining area opening onto a beautiful English country garden.

You’ll be sharing with landlady a friendly live-in landlord who works in the environmental charity sector and as a ceramicist, along with her flat-coated retriever dog. This would best suit an independent, considerate professional or post-doctorate student — ideally connected to Bristol University or UWE — who enjoys a peaceful home environment and doesn’t work from home regularly.
